Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University (HNBGU), formerly known as Garhwal University, is a central university located in Srinagar, Uttarakhand, India. Established in 1973, the university is named after Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna, a former Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh.
