CU Kashmir was established in 2009 via Central Universities Act, 2009. It is a University run by Central Government, and presently it functions in various transit campuses. Central University of Kashmir offers UG and PG Courses in various streams like Science, Arts, Commerce, Management, Education, and other major subjects.
