Maharashtra Animal and Fishery Sciences University (MAFSU) was established in 2000 at Nagpur, Maharashtra. The university is recognised by UGC. The university offers many UG, PG, doctoral, and diploma courses. The University has been made of six Agricultural institutions in the state consisting of five Veterinary Colleges along with one PG Institute of Veterinary and Animal Sciences and two Dairy Technology College.
