The college was incepted with the broad vision of promoting women education and empowering them. Personal contacts to disadvantaged sections of the society have been established to make them self sufficient and empowered. Focusing on the rising demand of skill oriented courses, various vocational courses like B.Voc in Fashion Technology, Journalism and Mass Communication and Cosmetology have also been started since 2014 onwards.
