About Campus
Hindu College is a constituent college of the University of Delhi in New Delhi, India. It was founded in 1899 by a group of prominent Hindus, including Sir Tej Bahadur Sapru and Pandit Madan Mohan Malaviya. The college is named after the Hindu community, and its motto is "Knowledge, Virtue, and Service." Hindu College is one of the oldest and most prestigious colleges in India, and has produced many distinguished alumni, including politicians, scientists, writers, and artists. The college offers a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses in humaties, social sciences, basic sciences, and commerce.
