Tarkeshwar Prasad Varma College, Narkatiaganj popularly known as T.P. Varma College, Narkatiaganj is situated in Narkatiaganj sub-division of West Champaran district of Bihar, near Indo-Nepal Border and is dominated by tharus, Dhangers schedule caste, minorities schedule tribes and economically backward classes. After the death of Tarkeshwar Prasad Varma the College was established in 1971 by Smt. Savitri Varma, his brothers Sri Umesh Varma and Sri Singheshwar Prasad Varma.
