Sarvodaya Shikshan Mandal’s Sushilabai Ramchandrarao Mamidwar College of Social Work, Chandrapur, was established in 1988 as a social work department in well known Sardar Patel College. Then in 2007, a special building was constructed in a 5 acre wide and pollution free (at-Padoli/Morwa) area. S.R.M. College of Social Work is the reputed college of social work in Gondwana University.
