This " Not For Profit " Foundation was Started By Noble Founders Late Mrs Kamal Gulati & Late Maj Mohan Lal( Retd ) in 1977. The Foundation runs a prestigious 10+2 Happy Model Hr Sec School, that functions as an Experimental School of Shivalik College of Education.
