The visionary educator Dr. K. M. Vasudevan Pillai founded the Pillai HOC College of Arts, Science, and Commerce in Rasayani in 2008 under the Mahatma Education Society. It is connected with the University of Mumbai. The organization is a part of the Pillai HOCL Educational Campus, which is situated in a Maharashtra suburb in the Raigad district. The campus was created to lead the emancipation of a nation via education, adhering to the vision of "Education to all."
