The institute is the pacesetter for Mobile Dental Clinics Project under National Health Mission Scheme (NHM), the project that targets the highest population density zones of North East district of Delhi. In addition, the phase-II of MAIDS is in the culmination phase of completion and with that will lead to further expansion and refinement in oral health services, education and research.
