Mahatma Gandhi Law College, popularly called MG Law College, was established by Bhagyanagar Educational Academy in 1990 to spread high-quality law education. It is affiliated to Osmania University and holds the accreditation of the Bar Council of India (BCI). Also, the private college is recognised by the Andhra Pradesh government.
