Our college, Maharishi College of Natural Law was established in the year 1982 with a substantial donation given by Maharishi Institute of Creative Intelligence (MICI), one of the Organisations of his Holiness Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, in whose name this institution has been christened. At that time it was a great pride for the people of Orissa that this College was one of the 1001 educational institutions opened all over the world by His Holiness Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, where besides regular curriculum, the teaching in Meditation and Science of Creative intelligence was imparted by the trained teachers coming from Rishikesh Ashram.
