Guru Nanak Institute of Pharmaceutical Science and Technology was established in the year 2005 under the aegis of Guru Nanak Education Trust. The institute obtained statutory affiliation from West Bengal University of Technology (currently known as Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology), AICTE and Pharmacy Council of India (PCI). This is the first Autonomous pharmacy institute in Eastern India accredited by NAAC & NBA.
