The Mumbra Shikshan Prasarak Mandal (MSP) established the GR Patil College of Arts, Science, and Commerce in Mumbra and Dombivli in the academic year 2004-2005, and later in 2012-2013, another campus was formed in Ambernath in Thane District, Maharashtra, India. These colleges offer education in the three main streams: Arts, Science, and Commerce. All three colleges are affiliated with the University of Mumbai.
