This institute is one of renowned Ayurveda College and counting as the oldest institute of Ayurveda in India and has a glorious history of Ayurveda education. This institute was established as a “Rajkiya Ayurveda Vidyalaya” (state ayurveda school) in 1916. In preliminary years arrangement was made to run two year diploma courses of Ayurveda Upadhyaya, Ayurveda Shastri and Ayurvedacharya was started.
