B.V.R.I should be seen as a part of the Balwant Educational Society, Agra which has established 6 educational institutions. The first was Balwant Rajput High School which was mainly funded by the king of Awagarh, “Raja Balwant Singh” who donated Rupees Eleven Lacs in 1909 and later 350 acres of land in Awagarh was donated by his descendants. About 500 acres of land was purchased in two different places in Agra city and Bichpuri(Agra).
