This institution was established in 1960 as a result of continuous efforts of some enthusiastic workers with full devotion and spirit of dedication in the sacred work of promotion of higher education in Farrukhabad district. The said organization was registered by the Government of Uttar Pradesh under Act XXI of 11 January 1960. The college was established as a result of the generous donation of cash and property of Mr. Badri Vishal Dubey, which first got affiliation from Agra University as a graduate college and then affiliated to Kanpur University.
