• Class 10th and 12th certificate and mark sheet attested by gazetted officer • Medical fitness certificate certified by a registered MBBS doctor • Character certificate from the principal of last attended school • Two recent passport size coloured photographs • Caste certificate/disability certificate (if applicable)
